Ivy University student Ryan Choi studies with Professor Ray Palmer, and learns that he is the Atom. When Palmer disappears, he leaves a size-changing belt for Ryan to save him.

Supergirl continues to have a hard time fitting in. She heads to the Fortress of Solitude where Cyborg Superman finds her.

Sent to the Phantom Zone by Zor-El, Lar-On escapes when Supergirl's ship opens a rift in the Phantom Zone. Supergirl persuades him to accept her help.

While at Castle Frankenstein in the Bavarian Alps, Hawkman encounters new friends and prepares to battle Lord Synn.

Neon and Hawkman battle Onimar Synn to free Firebrand's soul, but once they win they are pulled out of the Multiverse into a confrontation with Mandrakk.
