Shrnutí: In flashback, we are shown how Ollie first took in young Roy, a homeless kid who had become a thief to survive. Roy soon learned that Ollie was Green Arrow and took on the identity of his sidekick Speedy. In the present, an older Roy, now known as Arsenal, returns to the Indian Reservation where he grew up to help protect the reservation which is threatened by an oil pipeline construction project that will run through their land. However, Roy does not meet with a warm reception from his Native American "brother", who blames Roy for the death of their "father".
