Halo is kidnapped by Spectra, which leads to a battle between the Outsiders and the new Strike Force Kobra.

Geo-Force travels to New Titans' headquarters to learn about their latest member Terra, and to see if she is his sister brought back to life.

The Outsiders come together again for Halo, who's in the hospital following an attack on her and Faust by his father, Felix Faust.

The Outsiders make their way to the castle to ensure that Prince Gregor is in safe hands.
